Healing in Community
Group therapy offers a powerful space to connect with others, share experiences, and grow in a supportive environment. Whether you're working through identity, relationships, grief, parenting, or life transitions, being part of a group reminds us that we’re not alone and that healing doesn’t have to happen in isolation.
What to Expect
My groups are small, intentional, and grounded in safety, respect, and connection. Each group is designed to create space for honest conversation, shared insight, and mutual support. We may use talk-based processing, creative expression (art, writing, movement), or mindfulness depending on the focus of the group.
Who It’s For
Group therapy may be a good fit if you:
Want to feel less alone in your experiences
Are seeking connection with others who share similar identities or challenges
Are open to learning from different perspectives
